คณะนิติศาสตร์ ม.ทักษิณ นำนิสิตแลกเปลี่ยนอินโดนีเซีย ศึกษาดูงาน ณ ศาลจังหวัดพัทลุง

คณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยทักษิณ ได้นำคณะนิสิตแลกเปลี่ยนแบบ Inbound จาก Universitas Negeri Surabaya (UNESA) ประเทศอินโดนีเซีย เข้าศึกษาดูงาน ณ ศาลจังหวัดพัทลุง เพื่อเปิดโลกทัศน์และเสริมสร้างความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการยุติธรรมของประเทศไทย

กิจกรรมในครั้งนี้นำโดย อาจารย์ณัชชาร์พัชร์ คิส รองคณบดีคณะนิติศาสตร์ ฝ่ายบริหารวิทยาเขตพัทลุงและวิเทศสัมพันธ์ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้นิสิตแลกเปลี่ยนได้สัมผัสและเรียนรู้การปฏิบัติงานจริงในระบบศาลไทยอย่างใกล้ชิด

เจาะลึกกระบวนการยุติธรรมไทย

คณะนิสิตจาก UNESA ได้รับโอกาสอันดีในการเข้าชมพื้นที่สำคัญภายในศาล และรับฟังการบรรยายเกี่ยวกับโครงสร้าง ภารกิจ และขั้นตอนการดำเนินคดีในศาลจังหวัดพัทลุง รวมถึงการศึกษาเกี่ยวกับบทบาทของผู้พิพากษา พนักงานอัยการ และทนายความ ซึ่งเป็นองค์ประกอบสำคัญในการอำนวยความยุติธรรม

กิจกรรมครั้งนี้ไม่เพียงแต่เป็นการแลกเปลี่ยนทางวิชาการเท่านั้น แต่ยังเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยทักษิณและ UNESA รวมถึงเป็นการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ข้ามวัฒนธรรมทางกฎหมาย (Cross-Cultural Legal Learning) ให้แก่นิสิตทั้งสองสถาบัน

Thaksin University Law Faculty Leads Indonesian Exchange Students on Study Visit to Phatthalung Provincial Court

Faculty of Law, Thaksin University, brought a group of Inbound Exchange Students from Universitas Negeri Surabaya (UNESA), Indonesia, to conduct a study visit at the Phatthalung Provincial Court. The purpose was to broaden their perspectives and enhance their understanding of the judicial process in Thailand.

This activity was led by Miss Natchaphat Kiss, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law for Phatthalung Campus Administration and International Relations, The objective was to enable the exchange students to closely experience and learn about the actual operations within the Thai court system.

Delving into the Thai Judicial Process

The students from UNESA were granted an excellent opportunity to observe key areas within the court and attend a lecture on the structure, mission, and procedures of litigation at the Phatthalung Provincial Court. This included learning about the vital roles of judges, public prosecutors, and lawyers in administering justice.

This event was not merely an academic exchange but also served to strengthen the good relations between Thaksin University and UNESA. Furthermore, it promoted Cross-Cultural Legal Learning for students of both institutions.
