คณะนิติศาสตร์ ม.ทักษิณ (มทษ.) พานิสิตแลกเปลี่ยน UNESA (อินโดนีเซีย) ลงพื้นที่เรียนรู้กระบวนการยุติธรรม

คณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยทักษิณ นำโดย อาจารย์ณัชชาร์พัชร์ คิส รองคณบดีฯ ฝ่ายบริหารวิทยาเขตพัทลุงและวิเทศสัมพันธ์ ได้นำคณะนิสิตแลกเปลี่ยนแบบ Inbound จาก Universitas Negeri Surabaya (UNESA) ประเทศอินโดนีเซีย เข้าศึกษาดูงานหน่วยงานสำคัญในกระบวนการยุติธรรม ณ จังหวัดพัทลุง การเรียนรู้นอกห้องเรียนครั้งนี้ เป็นการเพิ่มพูนความรู้และเปิดโลกทัศน์ให้นิสิตได้เห็นการทำงานจริงของหน่วยงานยุติธรรมไทย

สถานที่ศึกษาดูงาน

พิสูจน์หลักฐานจังหวัดพัทลุง นิสิตได้เรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับบทบาทของนิติวิทยาศาสตร์ และขั้นตอนการตรวจเก็บวัตถุพยาน ซึ่งเป็นหัวใจสำคัญในการคลี่คลายคดี

สถานีตำรวจภูธรเมืองพัทลุง นิสิตได้ทำความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับภารกิจของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจ ตั้งแต่การรับแจ้งความ การสอบสวน ไปจนถึงการรักษาความสงบเรียบร้อยในพื้นที่

การแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ครั้งนี้ไม่เพียงแต่เสริมสร้างความเข้าใจด้านกฎหมาย แต่ยังเป็นการกระชับความสัมพันธ์ทางวิชาการระหว่าง ม.ทักษิณ และ UNESA อีกด้วย

Faculty of Law, Thaksin University (TSU) Takes UNESA Exchange Students (Indonesia) to Study the Justice Process

The Faculty of Law, Thaksin University, led by Assistant Dean Natchaphat Kiss (Vice Dean for Phatthalung Campus Administration and International Relations), recently took a group of Inbound exchange students from Universitas Negeri Surabaya (UNESA), Indonesia, to visit key organizations in the justice system in Phatthalung Province.

This field study aims to enhance knowledge and broaden the perspectives of the students by allowing them to observe the actual work of Thai justice agencies outside the classroom.

Study Visit Locations

Phatthalung Provincial Forensic Science Center Students learned about the role of forensic science and the procedures for collecting physical evidence, which is crucial for solving cases.

Mueang Phatthalung Provincial Police Station Students gained an understanding of the duties of police officers, from receiving complaints and conducting investigations to maintaining public order in the area.

This educational exchange not only strengthens their understanding of the law but also reinforces the academic relationship between Thaksin University and UNESA.
